That is soooo cool! Do you take video with your new camera? My camera has the video feature and I've never used it - I guess it's time to play! You and Junior sitting in a tree. . . he loves you!
Mary: Isn't he a stud muffin? (as owls go, that is)
Pam: Yeah, I used the new camera. It's one of my favorite features. And it has stereo sound, I might add!
Lynne: Yes, that squeaky sound is him. He reminds me of a mockingbird sometimes. That squeak is the same sound that the gate makes in the barn!
Liza: My new beau. A feathered Don Juan.
Jess: Never know what you are gonna get here...controversy, horny owls...I like to keep all of you on your toes.
Ruth: Those last pictures were a good example of owl camo, weren't they? Sorry that they weren't "clickable". It's a Blogger thing.
Laura: He's a sexy, sexy owl, that Junior! And imagine that I used to be a little scared of him! I got so close the other night, I could have touched him. I hope he finds a girl soon, too. Every time I see him, I think of your "better wear a hardhat" comment! LOL!
Dear Mrs. Susan G. Native, I be checking blog hourly for new post. Why you cheet me out of post by putting Sunday post at 12:01 Sunday night to count for Monday?
This very serious. This only thing to do in country other than watch hyena chase baboon.

THAT is cool.
Very interesting. Good video, especially for night. How close were you to Junior?
Swami:
At first, I was about 5 feet away, then at the end, I moved up until I was about 2 feet away.

Too cool!! Is that Junior making that kind of baby doll squeak sound too?
Love that! Thanks for sharing the love between you and Junior! :)
Just for info, the video was much more visible on home computer, than work computer.
Some people may be wondering; what do you mean its a good video at night.
I had no idea what I was in for when I saw "Junior video," but holy cow, what a treat! He's quite vocally expressive. Very cool.
At least I could see the owl in this post! Impressive!
I love the way his throat puffs up when he hoots!
Hope he finds a girlfriend soon!

Babu from Botswana - too funny!!!! I'm here looking for Susan's daily post, too.
That is about the coolest video I've seen in a long time. It's great how you can get so close to him. He's beautiful - his eyes are amazing.
