Sunday evening post

When Geoff found this sycamore growing in our yard two years ago, it was about 6 inches tall.
Now it can offer shade to Isabelle.
Gratuitous bunny pic for Laura... We are doing something right on our property: The bunnies are just one species who have shown up to revel in the bounty.
Four! Four! Four! Four!

Can we have 5?

Thanks for the bunny pic! Is he eating your sunflowers?

He was eating lots of stuff out there. The sunflowers are sprouting all over the place...thanks to my not sweeping up the leftovers. I think in the photo he is noshing on grass. He was so cute. He stood still enough for us to see some neat markings...like a black "V" on his forehead.

is she done with 4 or will there be more?

we have had a baby bunny come and eat in our grass in the mornings. the cat watches it and meows at me as if to say "there is a BUNNY on MY grass!"

Julia: Hopefully she will lay one more...5 is the average for bluebirds.
My cats do the same thing. My favorite is when they do that Rikki Tikki Tavi thing and chatter at the birds and bunnies.
