Bald eagle cam...with new chicks!

This nest is in Maine and they have newly hatched chicks!

At least someone is having luck hatching this year...my tree swallows are trying for the record of longest nest-building. But on a positive note, our chickadees are healthy and getting ready to fledge...I just hope my camera is ready when they do.

Mine are ready to go, too.

Are you giving the swallows feathers? ;-)

The last time I checked the nest, it was lined with some nice big white feathers. God only knows where they found them around here. Maybe someone nearby has chickens?
I am going to check it again tonight before it gets too late. It's been a week since I looked so maybe they are already incubating and I've been in a dither for nothing. :-)
