We have just launched an investigation into why there is no record of this woman purchasing a 2008 Sport-fishing License.We expect to be filing charges and subpoenaing witnesses and co-conspirators in the very near future. We will not permit scoff-laws like this to go unpunished. What might she do next, feed birds without a permit?Judge Ito
