HAHAHA! I actually got that one for my birthday last year. Cracke me up! I always find the quirkiest, funniest cards at Caribou Coffee. I spend waaay too much time and money at Caribou.
Funny but if the moral majority types ever get just a little more political power we might just be seeing such outfits as mandatory for our pooches. Lest we forget that a former attorney general of the U.S. ordered that a bare breasted statue of Lady Justice in DC be drapped before he would speak in front of it.
The dog is one top short, if it is a normal dog. Of course, this does not look like a normal dog.
