Many birds, and all sounding different. I saw a Yellow-breasted Chat, but it wasn't very ... chatty on Sunday.

I LOVE fast food burgers, and Big Macs are my fave, but when I started my "fitness program" in Jan (can't call it a "diet" or I will be tempted to cheat) the first thing I did was cut out burgers and fries. Lost >5 lbs the first month, and my cholesterol and triglyceride numbers dropped dramatically in like 3 months. Did you see that documentary "Super Size Me" about the guy who ate nothing but McDonald's food for a month? By the end, his doctor and his health food girlfriend were begging him to quit. It was scary!

~KathiKathihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13186814675058675885noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18239868.post-89287128892393650572007-06-12T17:06:00.000-04:002007-06-12T17:06:00.000-04:00I like your new look Susan. The dominant sound seems to be some kind of mimic - maybe a chat or catbird. It is reminding me of something else, and I can't quite put my finger on it.John B.https://www.blogger.com/profile/00163297234733313179noreply@blogger.com
