Bird chasing and satanic cats

While running errands without the kids today, I saw what must be the largest red-tailed hawk in the world. It was just off the expressway, so I had to park off the on-ramp to check it out. And all I got was this really bad picture.

Yesterday, Geoff alerted me to a "weird" bird outside. It was a blue gray gnatcatcher. Life bird!

Buddha was peeking through a rather large hole in the curtain and I had to get a shot of it. He looks so evil...very unlike his nature.

Love the hummingbird pics - still haven't spotted any at my feeders.

;-(

Love to add a bird to two lists at once - life and yard! Gnatcatchers are cuties - only ever see them in spring.

And your cat does look a bit evil; cute, but evil.

Those eyes are pure evil. You don't allow that "beast" out of a cage do you?
